This Month's Edition...

Ecotreats Shines at Latté Art Throw Down

There’s always a barista in the house at Ecotreats, Nature’s Market and Organic Coffees in Scotch Creek, and four of them showed off their talent at the Bean Scene Latte Art Thrown Down in Kelowna at the end of October.
Niki Siebert took third place overall and Karina White, Tyler Lawty and Amanda Kilborn, all moved on from their first round.
The annual throw down competition is where baristas, latte artists, get together and throw down some intricate coffee designs in support of the Central Okanagan Food Bank. The event featuring competition, camaraderie, food, music and coffee, raised $550 for the food bank.
